Words can't describe it.

From my roadtrip, which I returned from Friday night. Travelled nearly 4000 miles. Went as far as the Canadian border, through Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wastington, and Oregon.

Very beautiful capture.

It looks like you managed to get there before all of the snow melted off of the rim. Luckily for me, Crater Lake is pretty much in my backyard with a short drive to reach it. I plan on going there in the middle of winter to capture it's beauty but access is limited unless you have a snowmobile.

Stunning blues, and I love the definition of the clouds there. Polarizing filter?

It's a shame about the horizon though - it looks quite crooked to me. Thought about straightening it at all?

Thanks. Yes polarizing filter. No i didn't notice.. I have to look hard to see it so I don't think Ill change it, plus I like to submit photos the way I took them, I don't ussually crop.
